About Football Manager 2012
‘Football Manager 2012’, also commonly referred to as ‘FM 12’, is a video game that is played from the perspective of, as you may have guessed by the name, a football manager. Released in October 2011 for the Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows platforms, it has received mixed reviews due to changes in the way the game was played. One significant difference in this version of the game was the need for players to go online in order to activate the game and be able to play. This requirement was due to issues players had with the Steam third-party software. Though the stated reason for this move was to minimise the risk of the game being pirated by players who did not purchase the software, this did not help soothe the anger felt by many fans of the game. Still, overall reviews have been generally positive, even with that unpopular change to the game’s initial access. This version also included the ability to turn leagues off and on, a feature that was not available in previous editions. ‘FIFA 12’ is still a very popular game within the series among many fans and, if you happen to enjoy this type of video game play, is definitely worth taking second look at. With all of the new filters that are available in this edition, as well as the addition of a new Kiribati national team, it is sure to become a game that you will also have a hard time putting down.
