About Snow White and The Huntsman
The Brothers Grimm epic tale of Snow White was turned into a fantasy film in 2012, called Snow White and the Huntsman. It offers you a new spin on the classic story along with award-winning costume designs, stunning visual effects, and a plot brimming over with adventure and romance. Kristen Stewart, a popular female actress in the United States, plays the character of Snow White. The evil queen is trying to destroy her in order to obtain the girl’s youth, but what the queen does not realise is that Snow White has been training in the art of war with the very huntsman who has been sent on a mission to kill her. The queen, Revenna, Snow White’s stepmother, does not want to lose her throne. In order to stay young and beautiful, Revenna kills all of the attractive women in the village, absorbing their youth. As the queen ages, however, she must kill more and more women in order to stay young. When Revenna discovers that Snow White’s soul holds the key to immortality, she orders that the girl be brought to her. Snow White escapes into the woods and the queen is forced to order the huntsman to track her down. In return for his work, she promises to use her magic to bring is dead wife back to life. He accepts her offer and finds Snow White but, when he brings her back to the palace, refuses to turn her over until the queen can prove that she is able to resurrect the dead. As it turns out, the queen has no such powers, and the huntsman is forced to make a difficult decision.
