Exercise in a group for maximum fun and minimum groaning
Exercising alone can be difficult, uninspired, and just plain boring. However, exercising in a group makes working out more fun and can get you motivated to keep going. Forget the age-old exercise class where aerobics are king, instead, get moving with some group exercises, including hula hooping, bicycling, rollerblading, or Pilates. Can?t make it to a Zumba class? Pop a game in your child?s Wii console and get going in the privacy of your own home with some friends. If the sun is shining, get outside and hit some balls for an exciting workout with others.
