) Got this to replace my old 10inch netbook and iPod touch. It surfs the net well.the battery lasts longer than netbook. its bigger than itouch but is still quite portable. storage isn't the best but is OK for lite use. I have 15 albums and 25 TEDtalk video podcasts, one page of apps and only 5GB left. I bought it for the screen resolution and battery life (10 hrs continuous easily). The first one I got was dead on arrival, the battery wouldn't take a charge.I took it to Asus service centre after ringing them first and they sent me a new one within a week, awesome service. I watched a million YouTube videos before I bought so I knew what I was getting. Its a goodie!
It works well with no problems.

This tablet is pretty fast, fairly cheap and has a good screen. It is well built and it just works.
Updates come fast from google as it is a nexus (unlike some other nexus's *cough* galaxy).
3dmark gets a rating of about 3.5k which isn't real fast by todays standards, (best are about 11k), but it is easily fast enough to play any of the games you will get at the play store.
One nice thing about it is although the battery is "non replaceable", it is in fact very easy to replace. (check out youtube)
At the time of writing, this is the 7" tablet to get in my opinion.

Really love it. For those worried about the storage you can by an adapter for $3 on ebay that allows you to attach a usb stick.
I also have an ipad and the only thing better about the ipad is the size and the ease to set up email. The Nexus is equal in nearly every other way.
The google play store is fantastic with a massive amount of option and a lot more free products.
I was always hesitant about moving away from apple but now I'm glad I made the move.

) Excellent device for mobile activities. Great for email (it can support numerious accounts) web surfing is a breeze, and google apps store is comprehensive.
Light weight and fast cpu with built in wi-fi adds to the Nexus appeal. Battery life is impressive (not solid use - 1-2 hrs per day meant the battery lasted 7-10 days on one recharge)
Would have given it 6 stars if it had micro USB capabilities.
