Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation Silver (4 GB)

The product has very small size, very compact which is definatelly good. Very nice gadget if you wanna see movies if you are a tourist. Long battery lifetime.
Unfortunately does not support popular avi and flv video file extensions. So you have to convert movies. It takes long time and additional software. Definatelly I don't wanna spend time for it.
Sound quality is low. Especially if try to use bass boost. Sound immediately becomes very dirty and distorted. Popular lossless FLAC not supported.
There are plenty another brands with much better sound quality. Usually they slightly bigger.

I bought this iPod as i wanted something small for my handbag and easy to use on the train going to and from work.
I also wanted to use this while horse riding and excersising, it is small and light weight so when in your pocket it is not heavy and in the way unlike others iv borrowed from my kids.

I like the size of the iPod its easy to use dial and larger screen is easy for me to read it has a good battery life.

as this is my first iPod ihave owned I cant compare it to others however i would recomend this model to any one, the big plus is the size i think it is just right !!

Although I never was an Apple fan, I bought an iPod nano 3rd Generation Silver(4GB). It's a good model and 4GB of music is really enough for me. I just wanted a device to listen to music. I could have kept using my phone for this job, but this iPod is smaller and more suitable for a pocket. One can also watch movies/videos on it.
However, I'm not very happy about the software. Is too complicated for me. I'm not a beginner when it comes to computers but as I said before I never was an Apple fan and this is because I don't consider the software to be "user friendly". By software , I'm reffering to the programme used to upload music onto the iPod. But once you get the main ideea it's ok.
Still, one of it's advantages is that of a long battery life.

Ipod purchased predominantly to play in Aldi docking station/music player. Early indications are that it is very efficient and easy to use and that I will have no problems in storing and playing my favourite music.
