Easy to navigate and use.The display and graphics are fantastic,clear and vivid in colour.Apps all seem to work ok,with slight lag time.The battery life is very poor,although mine is second hand.Has easy downloadable software and apps with a app manager program from the HTC home site.One big let down is that you cannot allocate your MP3 to use as ringtones,only the phones 20 or so choices...bit disappointing,but generally a good 1st time user smart phone,especially for children.
