| Author Biography | JENNIE BRAND-MILLER is an internationally recognised authority on carbohydrates and health. She is Professor of Human Nutrition Unit at the University of Sydney. KAYE FOSTER-POWELL is an expert practising dietician and diabetes educator. DR KATE MARSH, a dietitian who has coeliac disease and type 1 diabetes, has recently completed a study into low-GI eating and women who have PCOS, a condition which makes it difficult for women to conceive. She has co-authored two other books on low-GI eating. PHILLIPA SANDALL has over 20 years experience of working in health and nutrition. |
