Nokia E71 - Black Smartphone

The Nokia e71 along with the Nokia e63 is one of the best phones Nokia ever released.
It has a QWERTY keyboard which makes it easy for typing text messages and emails, and it also has a great loud speaker for listening to music and talking with someone via speaker.
The Symbian operating system is outdated but for the price I got this phone for, you really can't complain. If you base this review on the price I got this phone for (which is $91), you really can't complain about anything. For $91, you definitely won't get a better Nokia phone than this!
The best feature for me is the battery life. It can last me up to 7 days depending on how I use it. The video camera is great for recording videos, and the photos come out fine too.
Another big advantage Nokia has over other mobile phone manufacturers is its architecture of the phone in regards to signal/reception. This Nokia has a much better built-in antenna than other manufacturers like Samsung & Apple. Therefore you will have better and stronger coverage in more locations and not have to miss calls or struggle for reception. I've tested this many times over the years.

This is a smartphone with an excellent keyboard that is easy to use.
It fits a niche market for size, simple internet access (it works well but internet is generally fairly slow). Great messaging sms and e-mail but not as fancy as those that shows the message thread. (e-mail and meeting booking could be better but it's reasonable away from the office - not full replacement like an iphone, but simple to use. Easy to operate whattsapp, Skype. Excellent MP3 player which pauses with calls incoming or outgoing. Heavy mp3 use battery is not as strong or long lasting but I have not compared to other phones. Works very well with bluetooth and connects easily, easy to use loudspeaker and I have done skype conference calls. I cannot do video calls on skype, maybe the app is not written for using this device. Has small earpiece jack which requires an addaptor if you need to listen when on an airplane. One touch keys allow jumping into main features quickly and easily. Video, sound recorder are good, camera is medium. size is great - I really like this phone. Watch second hand versions for power charge port wears out.

this phone is a pleasure to use and gives you a feeling of high quality and solidity just holding it in your hand. The fact it's a Nokia is the icing on the cake. I expect it to last me a long time and I will enjoy it every time I send a text and have all the keys so I can just type it out and send it. It does a lot more than I need it for but just having the qwerty keyboard makes it a joy to use. Very happy I bought it

Very good and price is cheap also,like I always said Nokia is 1 of the best brand cell phones still going today along with sony ericksson and samsung,this nokia phone is so far the best nokia phones I bought so far it's has everything I wanted on and needed on phones.

This is a functional smartphone. Sturdy build, good reception, relaible and does what it was bought for: calls, email; calendar and occasional web search. Good keyboard that is easy to type on.
