I love this camera; You can choose to point and shoot, use its preset settings set your own or change as you go. I'm sure I have utilsed all of the features fully yet. It shoots in low light, including the video component. I was astonished with the results I got by hand-holding the unit and shooting quite a distance away. I couldn't imagine getting any better results from a dearer model.
My only disappointment was that the video is NTSC not PAL which was not made clear by the seller.

I have actually bought my second Lumix Camera, simply because i dropped the first camera into the surf, on my first surf fishing experience-- but! can u believe i got the photo of the fish First!! Ha! I love my new TZ30- for its clarity and size and 20 times zoom- simple to use ... Love it.
