The Pentax K-5 digital camera delivers a rugged top-of-the-line APS C camera featuring full HD video at 1920x1080 pixels, with HDMI port outputting HD video images as well as sound. There is a low noise 16.3 MP CMOS high-resolution sensor, and with sensitivity up to the ISO 51200 range, the DSLR digital camera has reduced noise for better image quality. This Pentax 16.3 MP camera has a seven fps shooting capability for capturing fast action shots and a high-precision 11-point autofocus system so the photographer can spend more time framing a shot instead of adjusting the camera. The clear 3-inch LCD display on the Pentax K-5 has 921,000 dots of resolution making it easy to compose and review images taken, as well as view the menus or the frame while creating that perfect composition. Also included with the Pentax 16.3 MP camera is a shake reduction image stabilization system, making it possible to shoot at 2.5 to 4 shutter speeds slower without shaken images. For photographers traveling into rugged situations, the DSLR digital camera has 77 special seals to give a dust-proof, weather-resistant, and cold-resistant camera, allowing reliable operation in harsher field conditions. A great professonal DSLR camera

) Great camera for an enthusiast and is capable of anything with its functions and durability. I am sold on Pentax now and will not go back to Nikon or Canon. Perfect for sports as I use mine for motorsport and a great wildlife landscape camera that produced professional quality when coupled with prosumer lens. Ergonomics of this camera are the best I have had with any DSLR and it reminds me of the good old days with SLR cameras. Controls are right at your fingertips with quick button to functions.
