Samsung Galaxy S II I9100 - 16GB - White Smartphone

I purchased the samsung galaxy s2 as a very new user to touchphones and have been very happy with my purchase from ebay and the samsung product.The phone is amazing in all its variety of features and is fun and exciting to use. I wasn't lucky enough to get a user manual with the phone but every day find something new and challenging to enjoy about the phone. Being an older generation phone technology buff it is so interesting seeing how advanced this phone is and the amazing variety it gives its user you are always in touch and have the internet open and ready to access everything. A great product i can't fault it at all 10+ to samsung on this one.

I bought this brand new unlocked, when purchasing I did lots of research before putting any money down and found this to help with my choices. Make sure all telcos are available or you will be locked to one provider, don't just go for the cheap price.
I have found it easy to navigate, battery life excellent as I also am not a constant user - yet. Value for money as I shopped around, bought from an Australian site, but came from China, had everything needed included so works beautifully. I would recommend this phone over other brands of the same calibre.

I bought this phone as an upgrade from a HTC branded Smartphone, and wanted something fast and smooth to operate as i use my phone constantly. I am absoloutley rapped with my choice.
The screen is bigger than the iPhone 4S which makes browsing and app use much easier to negotiate. It's really responsive to touch, even with screen protectors applied.
As with all smartphones, battery life is an issue, however even with the internet left on, i get more than 24 hours of use out of the battery, which i think is pretty good considering many phones need to be charged every night.
The Galaxy S equivalent of Siri (not the app, the feature) is reasonable, with good voice recognition and clarity, however it is practical only, and doesn't 'tell jokes' or have a conversation the way that Siri for iPhone does. Of course, AndroidMarket has applications that can be downloaded, that are much closer to Siri.

Overall, absoloutley estatic with my purchase. I've always found Samsung to make high quality electronic gear, and this phone is their finest yet.

I bought this product as an upgrade from an Nokia E71, and was a really good choice! Its a really nice phone, the OS is easily to understand and use, and the whole style of the phone is very well thought out not to big or bulky. The battery life goes fast however but I tend to never close apps or use the battery saver option.

This is my first smart phone for me and compared to the iPhone which my mates have the Galaxy S II blows it out of the water.

- Simple and easy to use.
- Extremely lite.
- Smooth and very fast processor.
- Battery life is no problem at all (for me atleast).
There are also after-market and OEM batteries which are
have extended battery life.
- Widgets make the phone look very nice and neat.
- Amazing camera and video quality with 8MP and 1080p.
- Large display, bigger than the iPhone, makes the iPhone
look small after trying both phones.

The only thing its lacking compared to the iPhone is applications, however besides that I can't really think of another disadvantage for this phone.
