I decided to buy a Playstation 3 as i was bored with my Nintendo Wii.
There is nothing to like about this product as it is 2nd hand and worked for about 2hrs and i haven't been able to get it to work ever since even with the knowledge of the problems that occur with this gaming console i took a chance and lost big time. i have been told by a repairer it will cost worse case scenario $129.00 to fix. with that in mind i now know i could have bought a brand spanking new one with loads more memory for less if i decide to get it fixed but the same problem may arise again down the track.
My advice to peolpe looking at purchasing items like this is either buy brand new or if you buy a similar item at least make sure it is operating properly and is still under warranty before purchasing.

) Works Just like any newer playstation. Not as much memory (HDD) space but if you don't need heaps it's OK. Not backwards compatible but I don't have PS2 games so not worried.

) sony ps3 are not a very reliable item ..to many faults ..
not an easy repair and to expensive for what you get
i would rather have a 360 console ,these are a lot better
i do repairs on both items
360 repair rate is about 90%
ps3 is about 50%
after buying expensive repair gear i will see how it works out
