Health is one of the more important things in life. By living healthy, one could be proactive in life and enjoy it to the fullest. There a basic things that builds a healthy life-style. Food, exercise and social routines. Eating a balance diet or those programs on TV that tells you how to eat? No, I just recommend that you eat what you like in small portions. Have 6 to 10 meals a day just surviving through nibbles. Your stomach is kept nourish or the time. The digesting process burn calories too. Drink lots of water too like our mums always nags. Water keeps our body refresh and skin nourish. Exercising is also very important. Just keep a side 3 afternoons in a week for a jog or brisk walk to keep the heart pumping. It decreases cardio problems later in life. For social routine, we need a good social life like hanging out in pubs or cafes. It makes a person more refresh and bubbly. It builds self confidence and be extrovert as well which gurantees a healthy living. Overall this is just a short guide that most of the people has a knowledge of but it works for me. It is just a matter of a person being discipline enough to make it happen. Wish those who are reading all the best and live life to the fullest.
