The properties of Lavender (lavendula offcinalis) is highly regarded for its classic fragrance in soap and potpourris, this ancient garden herb is also an important medicinal herb.   Lavender has a long history and comes from the Roman word "lavare" meaning "to wash".  In ancient Rome Lavender was added to their bath water.

Blends well with Bergamot, Citronella, Clary Sage, Geranium, Lemon, Mandarin, Palmanosa, Patchouli, Thyme & Ylang Ylang.



REMEDIAL PROPERTIES:  Relaxation, peace and harmony.

Brings clarity, acceptance and balance, relax & calms the senses, soothes the mind and promotes a restful sleep, helps to moisturize the skin. 



THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES:   For temporary relief of headaches.
