A few quick pointers to keeping eBay fun and friendly!

No matter what happens:

    •  Be friendly always
    •  Be quick with your replies to any questions from your customers
    •  Endeavour to post out parcels as soon as you can
    •  Make sure items are wrapped and packaged correctly (visit the eBay information centres online)
    •  Be willing to go the extra mile (or kilometre) - your customer will want to come back!
    •  Send invoice promptly after auction is won
    •  Leave feedback as soon as transaction is completely done ie: payment made, item received, customer shows they are happy, and have left positive feedback for you
    • Don't leave negs quickly, it will bite you ...you know where...later!
    • Think very carefully about leaving negs ...ever
    • Think of alternate ways to smooth out any problems...
    • Remember - people remember 1 neg feedback, even if you have 1000 positives!
    • Be happy and enjoy life!
