Bought a stump grinder from these guys,  in April 2013. The cutting wheel came apart half an hour of use on a third stump,  almost killed me. Warranty as specified on their store does not seem to be honoured neither, non existent, eBay refers to PayPal for a claim, still waiting.

this is the response from AGR on question of warranty:

At this stage your paypal dispute is being reviewed via paypal, meaning we are unable to take any further steps via paypal to resolve this issue for you.

Once the review has been completed we will be able to continue further with the resolution for this matter

So its seems to be my fault to escalate to claim.

Where does it leave the buyer, to go to Fair Trading or ACCC and spend countless hours chasing emails and quotes, I have spend over 1000$A on the machine that does not work and seller does not want to know about.

They suggest in the description of the product as " commercial quality" and expand your business,  yeah right.

Never again from this seller,  be aware
The whole experience how it is handled by eBay and PayPal,  when something goes wrong somewhat dubious. You as a buyer are limited by time and then all sorts of documentation and quotes you have to provide to prove the obvious from the trail of emails from seller and buyer. 

The claim is with PayPal for over a month now, and still no resolve. It makes me think if buying on line is really worth saving few dollars .

eBay is full of honest and fairdinkum people, but few rotten ones make the whole experience a nightmare. 

On 10th of August out of the blue, the replacement part has arrived, late, but still an effort on theirs part.
