As a seller there is plenty of competition out there in the eBay marketplace so it's a good idea to do a little something special to ensure your buyers remember you, and come back to reorder in the future.
I like to make an extra effort when packaging each order. Whether that's gift-wrapping it in gold foil and a bow, writing a thankyou note, or including a little 'gift with purchase'. That way when my buyers receive and open their parcel, they are pleasantly surprised to find a special something that they weren't expecting. Not only does it encourage them to leave fantastic feedback but you can guarantee that they'll remember you and will more than likely add you to their eBay Favourites List. Be sure to include a business card or promotional flyer advising them of items you're selling or specials you may be offering, like free delivery or a discount with their next order.
It's the little things that count and make all the difference.
