Almost all beer dispensing problems are the result of:

*   Improper temperature

*   Improper system pressure

*   Cleaning issues with equipment

Quick checklist:

Are the kegs stored at 4 C, and is the same temperature maintained all the way to the tap or gun (point of dispense)?

Is the CO2pressure between 7-10 Psi for dispensing?

Has all equipment been maintained and regularly cleaned and sterlized?
