When, as a buyer, you're not happy with your purchase, please contact the seller in question before leaving feedback and rating your seller. Most sellers are very reasonable and will bend over backwards to address any concerns you have in relation to their product. Please don't assume your seller will not do anything just because he/she has your money. Even a neutral impacts severely on a seller's standing under the Best Match system.
When it comes to leaving marks for the four stars (DSR's) anything less than 5 will also impact on a seller. Postage, packing and handling costs are just that - the fee you are charged is more than simply the postage cost; sellers do not get their office supplies free. The postage time should reflect how soon after you paid did the seller post your purchase, NOT how long it took Australia Post to deliver.
Last, but not least, if you have any doubts about an item you wish to purchase, please read the description and the Terms of Sale thoroughly, and contact the seller before bidding or buying; this can avoid a lot of unnecessary disappointment on both sides.
