G'day a easy guide to buying is to check the COA is authentic many signed items may state that they have a COA but beware alot of signed items that appear on e`bay in Australia have no valid COA,and unlike the USA aussie ebay seems to allow just about anything i have seen more fake signed items in australia, sad maybe Australia e'bay needs to put up the same warnings before one bids like the USA and better checks against sellers freud its a serious crime with very heavy fines so it needs to be regulated. I reckon,.a good guide is trust e'bays recommended COA"S ie PSA DNA  , better still join Universal Autograph Collectors Club and look out for recommended dealers selling items at least you have follow up if the seller sells a bogus one check out the UACC because spending good money you need  a COA thats going to protect your investment so check out who the COA is buy and check out any forums that may have complaints about dodge sellers
anyways i hope you find this usefull haPPy collecting!:)cheers!
