Buying Tupperware on EBAY can be so much fun and you can save a lot of money but you do need to consider a few things first.

  • The price of the item you are bidding on in a current catalogue, you shouldn't need to pay more than than you could get it for if you went to a party.
  • You will however, pay more for Rare or Limited items. This is because their are items released for a very short time and so they are harder to get. The item might also be from another country. Be prepared to pay more for these items.
  • You can do an advanced search  for Tupperware and click on items available to Australia. This will bring up the international sellers that do post to Australia. There are some wonderful items overseas but postage can be quite high so be sure to ask the seller before bidding.
  • Many sellers will combine postage so be sure to check out the sellers other items after winning an auction, you can never have to much Tupperware!
  • There are EBAY Tupperware sellers that will allow you to pick up your items. This will save you a lot of money in postage so remember that when you are bidding.
  • If there is a particular item you are after it is worth asking a seller if they have it and will put it up as a BUY NOW item for you.
  • If you are wanting to buy multiples of an item, ask they seller if they can sell it to you at a slightly discounted price and list as BUY NOW just for you.
  • Look out for sellers that include free Tupperware keyrings or gadgets with your purchase. These are cute and fun to collect!
  • Lastly don't forget that most Tupperware has a lifetime guarantee and so is well worth the money
