There is nothing more frustrating than waiting for a payment, or waiting for something you want to arrive.
I have written this guide to ensure your transaction with us will be a smooth, safe ride with no bumps and declined card along the way!
Step 1: Keep in contact!
There's nothing more frustrating than a seller or buyer that is never online or never replies to a message or email. Be polite and reply, even if its "Yes' or 'No thanks'. It's good, trust me.
Step 1.5: If you have a question. ASK.
Step 2: Payment.
You want your product, and we want to give you the product! The best way to do this is with a prompt payment! But be warned, remeber to check the postage costs involved. More about postage below. Send us a message if there are any problems with payment. We do expect payment within 7 days of winning your Ebay auction.
Step 3: Postage.
All our winning bids are packaged safely and sent as soon as payment has been confirmed. If you win a bid with two items in the bid, you are expected to pay for the two items postage. Not just one postage amount. This means, if there are two pairs of booties, then the price is (example) $6.00 postage for the first pair and $6.00 for the second pair.
If you wish for the item to be packaged a certain way, please advise of this also.
Also, if you wish for the use of Tough Bags etc. You will be charged extra. (As of 1/3/08)
Step 4: Feedback
It's always fantastic to see feedfback from our customers and to see if they have enjoyed the products provided. Please leave us feedback if you are happy with out service! We're only to happy to give you feedback too!
Step 5: Keep in contact.
During the postage and payment sections, we will keep in contact with you, and alert you of any problems and the success for the transportation of your purchase.
All we ask is that you keep in contact with us, and keep a look out for new listings on your ebay profile. We update ever 7 days usually, and have new and fantastic things every time.
I hope this helps. If it doesn't, refer to Step 1.5
Have fun shopping on Ebay,
