COMMODORE V6 EARLY CAST IRON WATER PROBLEMS

if you own an early cast iron holden commodore v6 (vn-vy) and you are having problems with water levels dropping & no obvious reason maybe you should have your valley gasket replaced, it is the beginning of many problems for v6 owners especially vs vt vy for they tend to crack between the seats if it is not fixed early. as a rule if your kilometers are above 100,000 look to doing it soon the difference in cost & time is phenomenal.
