As ive been buying and selling on ebay for a long time now i am noticing when selling more and more people are not paying for insurance then saying item is broken no photos no reply or to sort things out just leaving negative feedback thats what contact seller is there for to contact them to let them know that there is a problem and i will resolve it leaving negative feedback will not help you as once it is left there is less chance that something can be done always contact seller first!!
