Cooking Perfect Rice

Boil Four cups of water for two cups Rice - Once water is boiling, salt the water and add the rice giving a stir to stop it instantly sticking.  Boil for 8 minutes then put the lid on and turn the heat off, leaving it for a further 8 minutes.

Rinse in cold water if not serving immediately to stop the cooking process, or in hot water if serving straight away.


Perfect rice.
