Cooking with Beer 4 Steak Marinade

Steak Marinade

375ml dark beer.
1/2 cup (packed) dark brown sugar.
5 tablespoons lime juice.
3 tablespoons minced red onion.
6 garlic cloves, chopped fine.
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon minced ginger.
1/2 teaspoon tobasco sauce.
Mix all ingredients.
Place your steaks in a single layer on a glass baking dish, pour marinade over the steaks and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for several hours but overnight is better.
