I have had two recent bad experiences with this company selling on Ebay. When the first of my two orders arrived I found that the nail kit had several items missing. The box listed all of its should be contents but when I contacted tom top they asked me for photos to prove what was missing. After the photos were send to them they claimed to never receive them even though they were sent to the email they gave me. I resent the photos three times and they still claimed to never receive them. They then decided to send me out 10 false nails for compensation as they called it, even though the then nails were meant to be included in the box in the first place. These have still not arrived.
When my second order arrived ( electric nail file) I truly hoped that everything would be included and in working order, so that I did not have to deal with their horrible customer service again, but sadly this was not the case. I sent Tom top an email asking them if this nail file would work in Australia before I placed my order, and was told it would be perfect. However when plugging in the electric nail file into power the fuse in the machine blew straight away, this is before the nail file had even been used. I sent Tom top a message asking them if buying a new fuse would fix the problem, and asked them again if this item would really work in Australia. I received a rather rude email from them that did not answer any of my questions. So now I am left with a brand new nail file that will not even turn on, I have asked for a refund but considering the order was sent with free postage it will cost me more money then I paid to send it back to them.
To sum up, Top top have terrible customer service and very rude employees. In my experience their products are missing important parts, or in fact just plain faulty. Don't waste your money please!
