It did me, but so did computers, internet, mobile phones and anything technical, having been educated without it!
But, the good news is, don't be, I have been using all of the above for a while now and I decided to bite the bullet and try selling and buying on EBAY.
It is so easy and the people [yes, people!] that you do business with are great, the support staff and the EBAYERS.
I'm going to give you personal advice on how why where and when, for you to get into and have great fun earning money without leaving the home!
Firstly EBAY couldn't be simpler, all you do is follow the prompts when it comes to setting up, but the one thing you must always do is, GO SLOW when entering any items or answering messages, this is really important.
Choose your items and know exactly what they are, to the best of your knowledge, don't exagerate with your items or embelish them with fantastic powers!
Always be honest with the people you are doing business with, don't be frightened to let them know you are new or having difficulties with something, and when you think something is not quite right, either with the item you may be buying or with a sellers expectations, contact the ebay people and they will soon help!
Why should you follow these directions, well you don't but life will be a lot easier if you put this to the back of your mind and use it when you get stuck, because through my own experience, I made life a bit difficult for myself because I was unaware of the back up available.
Make sure you cover your costs and are aware of the full cost of any byers item before you commit to anything as sometimes costs will occur when not neccesary, this will only be because you have rushed your own sbmission or bought without the full imformation available to you, there are no HIDDEN costs and a mistake you make will belong to you alone.
So in ending this, I hope I have been a little helpful and trust you will enjoy your EBAYING future, best regards and have fun Caroline
