- Pullups- 25 reps
- Deadlifts with 50kg -50 reps
- Pushups -50 reps
- 24 inch Box Jumps -50 reps
- Single arm Clean & Press with 30kg Kettlebell -50 reps
- Pullups -50 reps
All of these exercises are done with no scheduled rest time in between
This is an advanced workout, do not attempt it unless you are already in great shape!
