Try this brutal workout starting out extremely strong and slowing down, finishing at a crawl.

Consider this your new fitness gauntlet!

  • Pullups- 25 reps
  • Deadlifts with 50kg -50 reps
  • Pushups -50 reps
  • 24 inch Box Jumps -50 reps
  • Single arm Clean & Press with 30kg Kettlebell -50 reps
  • Pullups -50 reps

All of these exercises are done with no scheduled rest time in between

This is an advanced workout, do not attempt it unless you are already in great shape!
