Premature Positive Feedback

Be careful giving premature positive feedback.
Recently I purchased a car air conditioning compressor from rycompressors1.
It was impossible to get one in Australia so I got one out of the United States, the compressor fitted reasonably well considering we are on the other side of the world and the compressor initially cooled really well, so I left positive feedback for the seller.
The compressor failed within 1000ks, because we are on the other side of the world it is hot and the air conditioner will not work I got an air conditioner mechanic to find the problem, the gas had leaked out, when pressurised the compressor was leaking at the main seal, the internal casing had at some stage fractured and a piece had broken away, who ever worked on this rebuild deceitfully fitted an oversized oring to try and take up the gap
High resolution photos were attached to to the case I opened with ebay.
ebay will not authorise compensation, and this seller keeps his positive feedback because ebay will not reverse it.
The best guide you will receive is don’t leave positive feedback for a long time, sellers like rycompressors1 thrive on good feedback, and keep selling shoddy products.
ebay apparently back the seller in this type of situation, and to add insult to injury these shonky sellers like  rycompressors1 keep there positive feedback which is in direct opposition to the concept of feedback.
