Some of the first sales/purchases you make on ebay are your most important. You learn how people react to the bidding system and your product and also how volatile the bidding system is. It is important to watch other items and how to go about bidding before you decide to either make a bid or become a seller. This is to avoid any unwanted items being bought or avoiding any situations between sellers/buyers which is unfavourable. Such as you not reading for ex. that domestic postage for a t-shirt is $35 - you might think that ridiculous, but you should have seen that when reading the item description and if you hadn't agreed with the sellers terms, then you shouldn't have bid. This is hugely important as you can ask any seller and w've all had at least one inexperienced buyer make mistakes. Hence if your deciding to be a seller, a good idea is to ask anyone who is new to ebay - or has less than 5 feedback if they are bidding to just email you before bidding to confirm they understand what they're doing. Hope this helps!
