Im back once again to share my experiences with yet another product....

French lavender essential oil........

Now I have been a fan of essential oils for years now and use them quite regularly.......

My boyfriend actually brought me this item back from France (I am sooo in love with french lavender.......) it was distilled n made in france by a local woman who also sells hand made milled soaps.....

I started using it to relax n unwind after my day by putting a drop on my fingers n rubbing it gently over my temples n wrists.....then I decided to wack it on one of the nice hormonal bumps I had on my neck.....

Well.....after 3 nights of doing this the zit is gone. Healed and now just a slight discolouration on my neck.....I also used the oil on my blisters from my shockingly fashionable shoes that rubbed like a chef over a roast on my feet........hmmm.....blisters healed n don't hurt anymore after only 2 nights of doing this.........

Now I have used lavender oil diluted in a carrier oil or cream for many years on various ailments like dry hands, feet....in the bath for my son for nappy rash (water soluble oil added to full cream milk powder when he was young n with epsom or rock salt later on when he was bigger for bites, scratches and rashes).....but I hadn't used the french lavender oil before and had NO IDEA how amazingly powerful n healing it was compared to the average lavender oil....

This 100% pure essential oil is simply magic on zits. I apply it neat (for those of you who dont know that means undiluted in another oil) with a cotton tip or just with my finger after I use my moisturiser. I do this coz sometimes lavender oil can be uncomfortable on delicate skin.

This is just magic. If you have a few nasty bumps try it neat on these areas. I also recommend it for burns (but only if the skin IS NOT broken), blisters (again on unbroken skin), zits, ingrown hair bumps that are red n raised, stinky feet (mixed with a little sweet almond oil), mixed in a tbsp of whole milk powder and added to a warm bath.....the uses r endless!

If your not sure how to use it PROPERLY - and you do need to be careful using 100% PURE essential oil - invest in a little book of aromatherapy or google the topic n make sure you know what your doing.....better still talk with a health food store assistant who knows their stuff about oils.....

I can't stress how useful and amazing essential oils are.......one of our greatest discoveries and we have been using them since the ancient egyptian times - Amazing that even after thousands of years the balms they buried the pharoahs n queens with were still fragrant when their tombs were discovered and opened......

If you struggle with the occasional nasty zit - pop into your local healthfood store n buy a pure essential french lavender oil bottle. or better yet - check it out on Ebay....they r available I did a search last night! LOL

Cheers to healthy clean clear skin - This is no miracle cure but you can help it disappear with the right products!
