As a buyer nothing annoys me more than Ebay business sellers who misrepresent their product, delivery times or support.
Are you really trying to build a business or just wanna make a quick buck? I will pay more and return for reliable, trustworthy service.
SELLERS PLEASE think beyond one single sale !!! I am sure there are millions of people like me who will reward sellers with loyalty for honest and fair trading.
1. Communicate with your customers - Keep them informed of the progress of their purchase
2. Don't promise what you can't deliver
3. Over deliver on what you did promise
