If you have an item from Tupperware to replace, your first step will be to contact the distributor that you purchased the item from, if possible. If you cannot contact that particular distributor, you can complete your transaction with another Tupperware consultant or through the Tupperware website. Be sure that you have the mold number for your item before contacting someone to make your request. Every Tupperware product has a two-part number stamped into it.

The first part of this number is the mold number, and will tell your distributor or customer service representative exactly what Tupperware part needs to be replaced. Since most Tupperware products carry the lifetime warranty, you will generally be able to order replacement Tupperware at no charge. Occasionally an item may come with a quality guarantee instead of the lifetime warranty. These Tupperware products may be replaced at no charge for up to one year after the date of purchase.

Since Tupperware is manufactured with the highest quality in mind, it is probable that you will never have to replace the Tupperware items that you purchase. If you do have a problem with a product however, it is nice to know that you can replace most Tupperware at no charge for the life of the item. When a company stands behind its products, you can rest assured that when you purchase an item from that company, you are getting the best product for your money
