All you need to do is take the philips screwdriver and flip over the nes system
Remove all the screws from the bottom of the console
Take of the bottom cover and remove the metal SHIELD
Remove the black nes cartridge holder (Gently moving it back & forth)
Remove the old 72 pin connector - CLEAN where the old connector used to sit, the best products to use are metal polishers, be sure product is not left behind on the board! Windex or glass cleaner will also do the trick.
Now all you have to do is replace everything the way you removed it.
Do not screw the 2 screws holding down the front of the black cartridge holder tight or it will not close properly.
And FINISHED! Now you can play your games like new again
Please, clean your game pin connectors before using the NES pin that you just installed. Otherwise you will transfer dirt/grime back onto your brand new NES pin. To clean your game cartridges, use either Brasso or windex! Do not leave product left on your pin connectors. I find the easiest way to clean them if using cotton buds.
So there you have the instruction on how to fix that warn out nes console!
Please view my eBay store, where you will find the highest quality pin connectors available on the market!
