How to use ‘My eBay’ to track sales?

If you are registered on eBay, you will have a tool available to you called the My eBay tool. This is basically like your personal page on eBay from where you can keep a track of all your transactions and activities on eBay. To go to the My eBay section, simply click on the tab available on any page on the website.

There is an ‘Activity’ link on you’re my eBay page, under which there is another tab for the ‘Selling Manager’. You can track all your sales and selling activity on eBay by using this fantastic feature. Once you bring up your selling manager views, you will have information about your recent selling activities and listings on eBay for the past 90 days. eBay also provides you archived sales information going back up to 120 days.

Here are some aspects of sales that can be tracked with this feature:

- An entire summary of your current selling activity and listings on eBay.
- Information regarding listings that are going on.
- Scheduled sales and auctions that have not yet been listed but which you are planning to list.
- Detailed records of all sales that were completed and the list of products that were sold successfully.
- Detailed records of products that remained unsold and are available for re-selling or second chance offers.
- All auctions and listings that have recently gotten over and whether the item on offer was sold or remained unsold. This section also helps you to track listings that you may have ended prematurely.

My ebay can thus be used to track sales in this manner.
