Paul McKennan is the creator of the 'I Can Make You Thin" Programs. From all the diets I have tried when I lost all my weight it was because I was following these steps... but I didn't know I was until I saw a show of his on TV. Paul states that you only have to do 4 things and you will lose weight. Here they are...
1. When you are hungry - Eat!
2. Eat what you want when you want, not what you hink you should.
3. Eat Consiously, slowly, put your fork down.
4. Stop eating when you are full. If you are not sure you are full have a guess. If you are hungry after 5 minutes, Eat!
