Item Not as Described

I was recently caught out by a seller who posted an item that was different to the description. The seller claimed the item to be "budget". I however paid full price for a "faulty" garment. I personally believed I was getting a bargain. Instead I was caught out purchasing an item that was not at all what I wanted and never would have bid on had I clearly understood what the seller's intentions where by using the word "budget". I wanted to buy a skirt, not a torn rag! Therefore it is within your own best interest to ascertain from the seller what they mean by references such as:- "budget" "for a special occassion only" "for those on a budget" Hopefully this is helpful and saves at least one person from being let down.
