New to ID Bare Escentuals and not sure about the jar sizing ?

Please contact me at jckhm@bigpond.com

Because Bare Escentuals is a powder instead of liquid, new devotees can find it confusing about what is a sample size and what is a full size.  So, I hope this guide will answer any questions you have !
FOUNDATION

Foundation comes in two full sizes:
2gram - this is the small full size which should last you about 2 months at least ( I wear makeup every day and 2g jars last me about 4 months )
9gram - this is the large full size and should last you at least 9-12 months.  These are great value when you've established your colour.

MINERAL VEIL & TINTED MINERAL VEIL

2gram - this is a small full size and should last you at least 2 months
10gram - (tinted mineral veil only) large full size
12gram - this is a large full size and should last you at least 12 months
13.5gram- no longer produced.  DO NOT  purchase any of this size as it will be OLD STOCK.

BLUSH & ALL OVER FACE COLOUR

0.57gram -  blush - this is your small full size - I find this is the perfect size for blush as a little goes a long way.
0.57gram - all over face colour - sample size - handy for travelling for testing colour.
0.85gram - blush - full size and is the same size jar as the 2g foundation
0.85gram - all over face colour - full size and is the same size jar as the 2g foundation

EYESHADOW / LINER SHADOW / GLIMMER / GLIMPSE

0.57gram - standard size for eyeshadow, glimmer and glimpse
0.28gram - standard size for liner shadow ( although the jar is the same size as the eyeshadow)
0.85gram - this is the large full size eyeshadow and is the same size jar as the 2g foundation
