Under normal circumstances both BUYER and SELLER will leave positive feedback for the other.
Under exceptional circumstances the BUYER will leave negative feedback.
Why would this happen?
1) The product is wrong
2) The SELLER did not give you feedback once you paid for the item.
Why would (2) happen?
This ALWAYS happens because the SELLER is too scared to
leave you feedback first in case you give them negative feedback for the hell of it.
A good seller will leave positive feedback first if they have confidence in their service and product. Not to do so is the cowards way out and serves purely to cover their ass.
TIP: If you are a buyer - DO NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK until you receive it. Once the SELLER starts to realise what is going wrong they will change their attitude. If not, well, they are obviously hiding something.
Until next time......
