Follow up on all of your purchase.

I'm a frequent buyer on eBay and occasionally items do not turn up sometimes they turn up broken and sometimes it takes 3 weeks. If something does go wrong all you have to do is contact them you will most likely be approached by a friendly and helpful seller and don't worry if the seller does not treat you well then you can always give them a thumbs down and be refunded by PayPal or your credit card providers on terms of dodgy transaction. Hopefully it doesn't have to result to that. Usually if something does go wrong you can contact the seller and just ask them for a replacement and it is as easy as that.

To contact a seller all you have to do is
1. Go to the My eBay (Double click the my eBay link in the top right corner.)

2. Go onto the purchase History subheading (On the left in bold writing)3. Click More actions and select contact seller

3. Click More actions and select contact seller

4. From there you should be able to select an option Product is missing or damaged And write to you seller and they will help you.

When something breaks it gets a little more complicated and takes a long time period to resolve. For example, an item like a drone if it arrives broken the seller will step-by-step guide you in diagnosing the problem and then send you a replacement for what is damaged. Use the same steps to contact the seller, from there they will help you. eBay is the most trusted site and frequent side I use to make my online purchases and I recommend it for you as well.
