PAYPAL & AUSTRALIA POST - CLAIMS & REFUNDS

ALWAYS PAY WITH PAYPAL WHERE POSSIBLE.  THAT WAY, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS, YOU CAN EASILY MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH PAPYAL.  IT IS HEAPS EASIER TO TRY AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK THROUGH PAPYAL, THAN THROUGH EBAY.  THE SELLER MUST PROVE THEY POSTED THE ITEM WITH A RECEIPT, AND IF THEY CAN'T DO THIS, THE BUYER WILL GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

BUT THE ONLY HITCH WITH THIS SYSTEM PAYPAL HAS IMPLENTED, IS THAT IN AUSTRALIA, THE RECEIPT DOESN'T REALLY PROVE MUCH.  WHEN YOU BUY A SATCHEL FROM AUSTRALIA POST, YOUR RECEIPT WILL ONLY SHOW YOU PURCHASED THE SATCHEL.  IT DOES NOT SHOW WHERE THE PARCEL IS BEING SENT TO OR FROM.  WHICH IS REALLY SILLY.  I HAVE EMAILED PAYPAL SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THIS, AS I HAVE HAD TO REFUND BUYERS FOR PURCHASES, BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THEIR PARCEL.

SO AT THE END OF THE DAY, ANYONE CAN PAY VIA PAYPAL, AND STATE THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PARCEL, AND THEN MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.I THINK PAYPAL NEED TO AMEND THEIR WAYS OF PROOF OF POSTAGE, AS DO AUSTRRALIA POST.

PAYPAL IS GREAT FOR BUYERS, AS THERE ARE NO FEES AND YOU ARE COVERED IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.  BUT IF YOU ARE A SELLER, YOU PAY FEES, PAYPAL GET A PERCENTAGE, AND YOU CAN GET RIPPED OFF BY BUYERS STATING THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ITEM.

I NOTICE A LOT MORE UYERS ARE STARTING TO USE PAYMATE,AS THEIR FEES ARE REAALY GOOD AND HEAPS BETTER THAN PAYPAL
