Purchasing a Cricket bat can be one of the best but also the worst experience on Ebay. There are just so many things that you have to look out for and be careful of.

I am going to let you know of a few things that will help you find the bat of your choice and also let you know of things that you will have to look out for when going to bid on a bat. These are GREAT tips for you so that you arn't really disappointed when you receive the bat that you have paid for and it's NOT what you wanted or expected.

  1. Make sure that the bat you are bidding on is the correct size bat. There are many different sizes, so make sure that it is stated eg: "Full Length Mens Cricket Bat" or Size 6,7,8 etc... Normally if it says it is a size 6 for example it means that it is for a child that is roughly in 6th grade. This is just a rough guide but that is how it normally works.
  2. Make sure that the bat you are bidding on is the bat that has been pictured. There is nothing worse than receiving your bat and it is NOTHING like the one that was in the picture. It may still be the same bat but stickers may be different etc.. Make sure that you check with the seller if they haven't already stated.
  3. Last but not least, ALWAYS ask the seller if he has the bat in his posession or if he is still waiting for it to arrive. You don't want to purchase a bat that the seller hasn't yet got. It will put you out because the seller will still be waiting for the bat and then it will make the postage time alot longer.

Hope these few tips help you in purchasing your new CRICKET BAT and goodluck!!  :)
