Purelamp alias Chen Lin of hong kong - brand new factory unlocked iPhones

We purchased two iPhone 4 (21st april 2012) from this company, being exchange
of iPhone 3 (purchased march 2012)

When charging phones shorted our power and smoked at power point, I advised purelamp and they told me to buy new chargers.  When iphones to phone provider to get working with old sim, they could not get to work!
Sourced an iPhone doctor who told us they were refurbished and not suitable for Australia!
Took to apple store they advised of no corresponding serial numbers!

We then advised purelamp we will be returning for full refund - they gave us the address for return items - these were posted back to them within 45 days.
I constantly checked on the returned goods, which purelamp assured me they are reputable and will refund my money on receipt of goods, over a 2 week period.
I sent them an email after checking with postal service, they had made several delivery attempts after only the 5th time would purelamp receive returned goods.
They now say after 60 days they will NOT refund and only exchange for more fraudulent iPhones and pay more postage.
I have now taken this up with PayPal and eBay, however not looking promising from buyer protection policies!

I am out of pocket over $ 1300.00 not to mention travel to phone provider, apple store and iPhone doctor.
