I am astounded at the amount of sellers who quote a postage cost on an item, but then once you've won the item, they then charge extra on top of their original quote. A quote is a quote, regardless of whom it is from.
Is this another dictating tactic from some sellers on ebay? Or, just another way to make a bit of extra money, because the item didn't sell for what they were hoping for?
I believe that all sellers should have proper postage costs in their sites. If their site states that they ship worldwide. Then quote the individual postage costs for worldwide. The post office should be able to provide sellers with postage costs nationally and internationally and well as costs for appropriate packaging.
