Restless Leg Syndrome

According to Wikipedia, Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) or Wittmaack–Ekbom syndrome is characterised by an irresistible urge to move one's body to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations. It most commonly affects the legs, but can affect the arms, torso, and even phantom limbs. Moving the affected body part modulates the sensations, providing temporary relief.

The sensations are unusual and unlike other common sensations. Those with RLS have a hard time describing them, using words like: uncomfortable, "antsy", electrical, creeping, painful, itching, pins and needles, pulling, creepy-crawly, ants inside the legs and numbness. It is sometimes described similar to a limb "falling asleep". The sensation and the urge can occur in any body part; the most cited location is legs, followed by arms. Some people have little or no sensation, yet still have a strong urge to move.

Restless Leg Syndrome can be caused by a magnesium deficiency. From a personal experience, I've suffered from Restless Leg Syndrome for many years. In the past I've taken magnesium tissue salts, which did alleviate the problem after about half an hour in some instances - in other instances not at all. I have since discovered pure magnesium oil (as a spray), and I was absolutely amazed with the results. After suffering quite badly one night, I sprayed it on my legs, and the jolting of my legs stopped immediately - I have never had this happen before with any product I've tried. My legs felt so heavy and relaxed afterwards that it was actually pleasant to lie there and just revel in the relaxed sensation. It hasn't cured the problem in the long term yet, but every time I have the RLS I just spray some magnesium oil on my legs and it's gone immediately - and doesn't come back for the remainder of the night.

Ancient Minerals Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil is easily assimilated by the largest and most efficient organ we possess - our skin. You can put it in a foot bath or a normal bath, or just spray it on your skin and massage it in. I've since recommended this product to so many people and it's helped them too. There are many other benefits for using Magnesium Oil - including migraines, eczema and other skin problems, stress, menstrual cramps...the list goes on.
