Seller Delivery Arrangements and Charges

Like if this Guide is helpful

Purchasers of bulky items which can't be mailed easily, such as stoves, washing machines or dishwashers, don't always know and don't want to be bothered with arranging costly couriers for pick up and delivery.

A fast efficient and cost effective method is for the seller to deliver the items to the purchaser and charge a fee established at the time of sale.  I have found this to be appreciated by purchasers who are willing to pay costs usually well below commercial carriers. Delivery time would be arranged between seller and purchaser for mutual convenience which also avoids having to wait around for couriers to arrive.

A normal charge for delivery would be $AU35 for metropolitan areas and $AU55 for regional centres.  Items would be self insured by the seller up to the point of delivery.
