New Rules on Low Value Shipments:
Customs in Korea will implement tougher screening on low-value shipments of under US$100 from July 1 2009.
So you will need to be more detailed in your shipping documents to avoid hold-ups. If you are sending low value, non-dutiable items to Korea, then you should include detailed description of the items such as product maker and name, the quantity and value, the consignee name, address and contact number.
