Please note that all sizes stated are western sizes (not asian). Asian women are smaller than their western counterpart, so a western size Medium(M) is equivalent to an asian size Large(L).

Also, all sizes are pre-pregnancy sizes, so you should buy the size you normally wear before pregnancy.

U.K 6/8 (XXS)  34'' (87cm)
U.K 8/10 (XS)  36'' (92cm)
U.K 10/12 (S)  38'' (97cm)
U.K 12/14 (M)  40'' (102cm)
U.K 14/16 (L)  42'' (107cm)
U.K 16/18 (XL)  44'' (112cm)
U.K 18/20 (XXL)  46'' (117cm)

Australian sizes are the same as U.K sizes.

Chest dimensions in size chart are given as a general guide: Don't forget your breasts will enlarge during pregnancy, so please do not buy garments based on your pre-pregnancy chest size - I recommend you buy based on your normal dress size. If you are undecided, go for the larger size, because many women go up dress sizes during pregnancy. Also, my garments are elasticated or has a tie back to adjust the size, so a larger size will still fit well. Your chest dimensions will reach maximum size at about 32 weeks of pregnancy, so it's a good time to start buying nursing wear for breastfeeding.
