What is Teeth Whitening.
Things you should know.

A cosmetic teeth whitening treatment will NOT make the teeth pearly white. It will make them whiter. How much whiter? It really depends on a multitude of factors, including how stained the teeth were before the whitening, what kind of staining agent caused most of the discolouration, how well the person’s enamel reacts to peroxide and the number of treatments performed. It also depends on the kind of gel ( carbamide vs hydrogen peroxide ), the concentration of the teeth whitening gel and the kind of application system that is used.
Teeth can be whitened by cosmetic dentistry, this is the best option but is also the most expensive.
If your funds do not stretch that far then another option is to DIY at home, this option is very effective and less costly.
Most people will get impressive results with an "at home kit" while a few will get less dramatic results, but 99% of people are very satisfied with the results they obtain with our system and the $$$ they save.. Some people’s teeth cannot really be whitened at all, such as those that were stained by the antibiotic tetracycline or fluorosis.
If you are in doubt please always check with your dentist.

We suggest that you start by using the 18% carbamide peroxide pen or kit twice daily for a week then daily until
1. You get a satisfactory result.
2. You run out of Gel.

If that does not improve your teeth whiteness you may need to use a more professional strength kit.(see your dentist)
Note:New Rules In Australia For Selling DIY Teeth Whitening Products.
Our New Whitening Gel complies with the new Australian Poisons Act 2011. This act now prohibits the sale of Whitening Gels / agents over 6% Hydrogen Peroxide & 18% Carbamide Peroxide in Australia by non dental care providers. We are adhering to these new rules and take them very seriously. Please support us and avoid & report those websites who are not complying. Reports can be made to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

We would also recommend using a remineralisation gel to increase tooth strength and help remove any sensitivity. Highly recommended for anyone who whitens their teeth. A calcium / phosphate fluoride shown to be effective in the enamel remineralization process. Contains all the elements needed for the remineralization process in decalcified teeth. Allows the enamel to actively remineralize itself in the presence of fluorides, calcium and phosphate.
